HC - Virtual Communities

In 2013, virtual communities are expanding and it is now easier for people, for example estate agents are displaying their houses online and the customers are able to see the rooms within the house online, without having to actually visit the house. Also, virtual communities are seen through online games, where the people playing and brought together and can connect with each other.

    This is true however when buying a house many people still go and visit the house in person in case people hide the negative parts of the house. Gaming I agree is very popular for many ages and brings a lot of people together these are like the x-box like, PlayStation and computer games.

    I do agree with the gamer communities online, with many different forums on different games and gaming consols it allows poeple to discuss their opinions and information easily.

    These comments show agreement to my initial statement in that the gaming community is a good place to see people connecting with one another to discuss their opinions and to play together with something that they have a mutual interest in. However I have learnt that, although virtual communities are a good way for people to be brought together, it is also needed to view things, such as houses, in person rather than just believing the text and images about it online.
